The Death of Khamenei & Rafsanjani's Trek to Supreme Leader

The Word of God says... “I will destroy the archers of Elam [Persia]— the best of their forces. I will bring enemies from all directions, and I will scatter the people of Elam to the four winds.. I will destroy its king and officials," Jeremiah 49:35,36,38.

For more than two decades, this ministry has joined others in warning of a U.S. led coalition against the Islamic nations of Iraq, followed by Iran--the Goat vs. the two-horned Ram in Daniel 8:1-8. Iraq’s defeat by the American-led coalition commenced on March 19, 2003, at Shushan Purim—the day Purim is celebrated in Jerusalem. The second half of this prophecy involving Iran may also begin at or near a Festival season, as a continuation of this prophecy that began over ten years ago with the attack on Iraq.

The shattering of the larger horn (Iran) that "grew up later" initiates the beginning of end. Gabriel told Daniel, "Understand that the vision concerns the time of the end." He reaffirmed the point once again (as though once was not enough to convince the reader), "the vision concerns the appointed time of the end," Daniel 8:17, 19.

Alexander the Great, King Darius III and the war of 331 B.C. over 2,000 years ago does not match the "time of the end" prediction of war--the common teaching in modern-day commentaries. Daniel 11:2 identifies the instigator of the end-time war as the fourth leader of Persia (Iran), a very wealthy man, who would stir up Muslims (due to the death of Iran's Supreme leader, Khamenei) against Greece (the Hebrew word "Javan," translated often as Greece, in Daniel's day generally stood for powers to the West). As for the fourth and wealthy leader in Iran, Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani fits the prophecy perfectly.

Khamenei has cancer, and when this disease takes his life, this will leave the Supreme Leader's position open. Rafsanjani has been campaigning for this position all of his adult life. Rafsanjani's Presidency ran from 1989-1997, but there was a period when Ahmadinejah was President of Iran (2005-2013) when Rafsanjani's influence was diminished; however, his wealth continued to maintain for him positions of influence and authority. The moment he has longed for may be near--the day of his ultimate goal--to be Supreme Leader of Iran. As a moderate and advocate of better relations with the West, he will likely oversee a Nuclear Agreement that leaves Iran with nuclear break-out capabilities. Israel's Prime Minister--Bibi Netanyahu cannot live with anything except a full dismantlement of Iran's nuclear infrastructure and/or complete transparency with International Atomic Energy Agency's (IAEA) with full inspection access to every nuclear site. Israel's leaders understand Iran cannot be trusted for the long haul. In turn, Israel will likely attack Iran, setting in motion the final world events portrayed in the prophecies.

If Israel begins this conflagration with an attack (either covert or overt) on Iran, the war will spread throughout the Middle East, with Israel and the U.S. at the center of the conflict. Rafsanjani will rise up with powerful voice to unite Muslims against the West and respond with retaliatory action. In the late 80s, Ayatollah Khomeini appointed Rafsanjani acting Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces during the Iran and Iran War, so he knows the ins and outs of warfare.

The Middle East will begin to burn, and when it does we can know the end-time trial is upon us. Clashes at the Strait of Hormuz, the narrow passageway where much of the world's oil passes, could lead to a spike in oil and gasoline prices. In turn, the U.S. and Western powers will stomp on Iran, dispersing its Muslim population, while the global world economies continue to implode into a financial meltdown under the pressure of greed and other seismic market stresses that have built up over the years.

When the Middle East flairs up, it could be followed quickly by nuclear holocaust, natural disasters and widespread death of the masses. Russia would likely attack Western Europe and at least three countries will be uprooted. The U.S. will no longer be the world's superpower; she will suffer devastation at the core of her government and military structures. Following these quick and decisive worldwide calamities, the Man of Sin will rise up and come into focus, and will begin to reign--the one foretold to arrive on the scene of world history with signs and miraculous wonders, including satanic delusions that will take the world captive, as peace is birthed out of global chaos.

This ministry has warned over the last two decades that anti-Semitism will find its legs again as the end-time approaches. Today, in 2015, the world confirms this is a reality. Israel will no doubt be blamed for starting or contributing to global turmoil, the world's economic collapse and world disasters, and the Jewish people will become the scapegoat. History has a way of repeating itself. The growing anti-Semitism in the world today is very reminiscent of what occurred in Germany preceding the rise of Hitler. It may be just a matter of time before Jews, whether secular or religious, are persecuted, which hatred will also spread to Gentile followers of Messiah--the remnant identified in the book as those "who obey God's commandments and hold to the testimony of Jesus," (12:17). The testimony of Jesus refers to the visions John received and wrote about in the book of Revelation.

This morning I had been reading Daniel 7 and a few verses had raised my curiosity to do a bit of further research and tripped across this man's website.

So this particular article piqued a bit of interest and I am posting it for my fellow FReepers to consider, evaluate, and even debunk. We do have some of the best lay-theologians around and definitely the best political minds on the web.
