The Catholic Church turns away no repentant sinner.

However, when the "sinners" are still living in sin, there's not a great deal the Church can do as far as reception of Holy Communion is concerned. The Church, like Jesus, can not enter when the door is closed. These are difficult situations and the solution may require heroic sanctity but it is known to all parties. Hence for the purposes of the Synod on the Family, no point would be served by attempting to minimize the gravity of these situations in a way which would damage the true concept of marriage which the Synod professes to strengthen. I believe that is the Cardinal's point.

As for "super believers", that's funny coming from a member of "the elect".

I’m not the one excluding others from salvation. All manner of Presbyterians, Methodists, Baptists, non-Denoms will be in Glory.

Y’all are the one who limit entry into Heaven.

Hope you and your Muzzie friends have a great time in eternity together.
