I have no idea to whom TH the author of the posted article has been speaking, but IMNVHO, he ought to talk to some people in a Wal-Mart Parking lot before issuing his IQ Statistics. Furthermore, simply reading a modern edition of the Readers Digest and comparing it to a 1950s issue of the same publication might indicate that the "Flynn Effect" is trending in the opposite direction.
The results of the '08/'12 election and re-election of one Barry Soetoro (aka "Obama," if you can believe that) are not the hallmarks of a High-IQ operation, either. Rising IQs? Yeah, right.
