I can’t imagined anyone who observes the nature around us could possibly deny there is a God.
You and I might easily forget that most of the world cannot observe nature. They are too far removed from it.
Why don't I have more Tozer in my stacks?
Tozer made a very important point about distinguishing Nature from Nature's God in this Chapter, and the consequences of Pan-Everythingism, as Schaeffer tried to explain the same point. It's a little mind-bending, but it shouldn't be, especially to anyone who has made even a cursory study of physics.
It take more faith to believe the Universe is a closed system than it does to believe in an intelligent Designer. That's how deeply rebellious we are, as a species. Distinctly rebellious against The God, the God of Abraham, God and Father of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Anything else, any other authority, idea, we can hold out for only so long. The Truth, on the other hand, seems to be something we are able to refuse to face with a stubbornness unique in creation.
