Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem
Joseph's Brothers are really afraid of him, just as Joseph's irritating dream had said they would be, nearly 25 years earlier. But Joseph reassures them that the money in their sacks was a gift from THEIR God, the God of their Fathers. Considering the many gods and goddesses of Egypt, this was a remarkable statement. But the Brothers were so fearful, they didn't get the hint!
Joseph recognizes Benjamin, who by now is a young man, and not a child as represented in most artwork.
In spite of his once youthful arrogance, Joseph really did love his brothers, and at this point, he can barely keep his composure as he seeks a private place to weep. The emotions represented in this Passage are very powerful and very human, and demonstrate the incredible sensitivity and beauty of God's Word. This is no mere epic poem or heroic saga. This is the very Heart of the Creator speaking to us.
Come and pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.
Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.
This Symbol Represents Christians in The Middle East, who desperately need our Prayers.
Hallelujah and Amen

Joining in prayer, left that other site, for Israel, our beloved America, and all God’s people.
Praise the Lord for a God who loves us and yearns to reconcile with us. May we turn our hearts to Him.
