You need to throw that thing in the trash. It's a translation of the Latin Vulgate done by Jerome. It has been proven over and over again to have been a corrupted translation not true to the original Hebrew or Greek. The phrase "full of grace" is NOT in the original Koine Greek nor can it be extrapolated from it.

Changing the words the Holy Spirit used is tantamount to putting oneself in the place of God.

This is a dangerous trend I'm seeing in catholicism. Words mean only what you want them to mean....regardless of what they really mean.
