For the same reason that God loves murderers, rapists, and every other kind of sinner.
While I am reluctant to say I know God’s mind, I do believe scripture is clear that He hates sin and false doctrine, so He undoubtedly hates Islam.
But to deny He loves individual Muslims, despite their sin, is wrong.
