That gets even more disturbing when you consider the evidence compiled by Dr. Kawaljeet Anand at the University of Tennessee: his research suggests that a fetus can experience pain at just 20 weeks.

I doubt that. The fetus is able to move at a few weeks; it makes no sense for the nerves responsible for movement to be all hooked up to the brain, but somehow the nerves responsible for pain aren't connected until 20 weeks. That sounds more like pseudoscientific babble meant to convince girls that their baby that they feel kicking won't feel anything during an abortion at 19 weeks.
