Our Loving Savior,

'Not unto us, O LORD, not unto us, but unto Thy Name Give Glory, for Thy Mercy, and for Thy Truth's Sake.' (Ps.115:1) 'Hallelujah! O Servants of Jehovah, Praise His Name. Blessed is His Name Forever and Ever!' (Ps.113:1) We Joyously Magnify our God of Great Grace. 'Jehovah is King! Let All the Earth Rejoice!' (Ps.97:1)

Your Majesty, we Give Thanks for our Courageous Troops. They are our Heroes, Lord, Heroes of Honor to our USA. We Ask, Caring Savior, for Your Grace to be with them All. May Jehovah Shield them by Day, and Shelter them by Night. May Everything they Put their Hand to be a Success. Please Infuse them, Father, with Jesus' Power and Strength. Please Fill them with an Awesome Endurance, and May Jesus' Mind be their own. We Ask, our Abba, for Your Wisdom to be with Every Man. May Supernatural Knowledge and Insight be Granted to them, in Your Name. Thank You for Keeping them Safe, and Giving them Victory Over their Foes. 'Because the Lord God Helps me, I will not be Dismayed; therefore, I have Set my Face Like Flint to Do His Will, and I Know that I will Triumph.' (Is.50:7)

Your Excellency, we Pray for Your Persecuted Flock throughout the Earth. O Good King Jesus, Please Hedge them Round About with Your Grace. May Your Power Help them to Bear Up Under Every Trial. 'It's with Everlasting Love that I'm Tenderly Caring for you.' (Is.54:8)

Thank You, our Abba, for Hearing and Answering our Prayers. 'I will Praise You Everywhere Around the World, in Every Nation. For Your Lovingkindness is Great Beyond Measure, High as the Heavens.' (Ps.108:3,4) In Jesus' Name, for the Glory of our Shepherd-King, amen.

IN THE COLDEST and darkest days of the American Revolution, General George Washington raised his prayers for the survival of his beleaguered Army and of the new Nation. The Lord answered his prayers, upheld his Army through a punishing nadir to everlasting Glory, and bestowed His Manifold Blessings upon the new Nation.

FROM THE BRAVE, albeit weary, ill-equipped, and untrained volunteers who marched into Valley Forge on 19 December 1777 arose, with the help of some gallant friends from across the waves, the cohesive fighting force that became the United States Army, global defender of Freedom and scourge of Tyrants.



AS GENERAL WASHINGTON lifted his prayers on high in that bleak Winter, let our prayers now rise like a fountain for our Heroes in the American Armed Forces who seek to secure the benefits of Freedom on behalf of a people hungry for them. Father, look on our prayers for them with favor, guide their steps in righteousness and gather them in the shelter of Your Healing Wings. Bless and uphold them in the performance of their Mission. Through Jesus Christ, Your Son, with the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever, Amen.
