Palestinians Are Getting Jittery Over Plans To Build The Third Temple In Jerusalem
Shoebat ^ | 9/5/2014 | Walid Shoebat

AlJazeera reported “Israel Permits The Division of the Al-Aqsa [Temple Mount]” wrote that:

“Arab residents in the city of Jerusalem accuse the Israeli occupation forces of beginning to divide Al-Aqsa Mosque [Temple Mount] after it passed a law taking advantage of the aggression on Gaza to implement a similar law imposed at the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron.”

The “Ibrahimi Mosque” is the cave of Machpelah in Hebron is the burial plot where Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Sarah, Rebecca, and Leah are all believed to be buried there and the Jews currently share it with Muslims while fearing that the Temple Mount will soon be shared with Jews.

Jewish worshippers take part in a prayer at the Tomb of the Patriarchs in Hebron

Al-Jazeera adds:

“They are adding a Jewish office parallel to the Islamic Waqf and is working on the legalization of incursions by Jews into the courtyards of the sanctuary in order to establish Talmudic prayers and rituals in preparation for building the alleged temple. The law allows a special irrevocable classification of the law that allows under special provisions to establish Talmudic rituals three times a day and prohibits the entry of Palestinians to pray or to carry out the call to prayer [on loud speakers] during the Jewish holidays. The chairman of the department at the Temple Institute Rabbi Chaim Richman unveiled a detailed map for the structure at the behest of the prime minister, and said it would provide for approval by the planning committees.”

Several newspapers in the Arabic, some of which titled the concern “Is The Time Near” realizing that their fears are nearing and that a Jewish Temple is inevitable. The Palestinian Fatwa House, headed by Muhammad Hussein, the Mufti of Jerusalem and Ibrahim Shoebat, the Mufti of Ramallah (my first cousin) sent out a condemnation

Last month, Ahmad Queri, former prime minister of the Palestinian Authority stated that:

“[The Israelis] are trying to divide Al Aqsa (referred to as the Temple Mount by Jews],” he added. “This is really serious: it could make the region explode and this is the reason for which the Israelis won’t respect the Palestinians’ rights. We must attack the root of the problem.”

Last month Jewish visitors were met by hundreds of Arab protesters that shouted “Allah Akbar” and “Get Out”. This was the first time in three years that Jewish visitors had been permitted to enter the mount on Tisha B’av.

Rabbi Chaim Richman, the international director of the Temple Institute, who led a large group of Jewish visitors, commented that the group went up to the Temple Mount, considered Judaism’s holiest site in a show of unity.

“Today, on Tisha B’Av, the day upon which the Holy Temple was destroyed, we came together with hundreds of Jews to the Temple Mount to fulfill the commandment of being in the holy place, to pray there for the welfare of the IDF soldiers who are defending all of Israel, and to show that the cycle of endless mourning can only end when the Jewish people are ready to accept responsibility for the rebuilding of the Holy Temple,” said Rabbi Richman.

The step was a measure of the degree to which the perception of an Israeli threat to Al-Aqsa Mosque, Islam’s third holiest site, is ratcheting up tensions in the wider Arab and Muslim worlds, not just among Palestinians.

The debate held in the Knesset, Israel’s parliament, was on “the loss of Israeli sovereignty over the Temple Mount” and was initiated by Moshe Feiglin, a Jewish fundamentalist member of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud party.

But yesterday MK Moshe Feiglin was shocked when PM Netanyahu stopped plans to construct a permanent bridge leading to Temple Mount.

The only approach for non-Muslims to enter the Temple Mount is via the Mugrabim Gate, overlooking the Western Wall. Following an earthquake, the original approach to the gate collapsed in 2004. The government had planned to build a new stone bridge to the Mugrabim Gate, but capitulated to world pressure and sufficed with a rickety, temporary wooden bridge. Engineers from the Jerusalem Municipality declared the temporary bridge unsafe, and over the past few weeks a new, safer wooden bridge has been built under the older bridge. Jordan, however, demanded that the bridge be removed and yesterday, work to dismantle it began.

mg

“This capitulation to the Jordanian demand and the dismantling of a safety bridge that was erected over the Western Wall Plaza (it is not even on the Temple Mount) testifies to the fact that the PM has indeed conceded Israeli sovereignty on the Temple Mount,” Feiglin charged.

“When ISIS and Hamas flags fly freely on the Temple Mount and when the Prime Minister transfers sovereignty on the Mount to radical Islam, Israel’s hold on the Negev, Galil and mixed Jewish-Arab cities is lost. ISIS flags can already be seen in Sachnin and Taibeh, Arab towns in northern Israel.

The PM’s demonstration of weakness encourages Israel’s enemies in the south and north, infusing them with hope to continue to fight us.”

Anger always erupts at any Jewish presence on the Temple Mount.

What Palestinians (including yours truly) and Jews have in common is one thing; extreme stubbornness and they will eventually collide until God’s stubbornness intervenes in favor of the Jews.

May God plague us with stubbornness and may we never recover.

I’ve been on the Temple Mount. It was four years ago during Hannukah with a group from our Temple. We were not permitted to take any religious items, such as skull caps or prayer shawls. We were also told to watch what we said, and to not say any prayers. We were told that a Christian woman was ejected because it was suspected that she was saying a silent prayer.

I said a silent Shehechianu, which is the Hebrew prayer thanking G-d for allowing us to reach this occasion. If I would have been caught, I might have been ejected, or it might have started a riot.

A few years earlier, the Muslims were caught illegally excavating in the Temple Mount with the intention of building another mosque, and covering up any evidence of a Jewish presence prior to Islam. The took 2,000+ years of archaeological artifacts, crushed them smithereens, and dumped them in a valley.

All Israel should feel so ashamed for how the reacted to God giving them the Temple Mount. From my perspective, it appeared as if they didn’t want it when God placed it in their hands. I suspect that far too many Jews don’t want a Temple because of what it means for them personally and for the world. Instead of being a great blessing, they see the Temple as a curse.

This will actually be the fourth temple. The second one, built by Ezra, was torn down and rebuilt by Herod, which was subsequently destroyed when the Romans sacked Jerusalem A.D. 70.

The Structure at Machpelah is made of dressed Herodian stonework, much like the Western Wall of the Temple Mount. The Tombs therein house the remains of Abraham and Sarah (NOT Hagar!), Isaac(NOT Ishmael!) and Rebecca, and Jacob(NOT Esau!) and Leah. Rachel, the beloved 2nd wife of Jacob is buried in a tomb near Bethlehem, where she died in childbirth.

In a Real estate transaction, the Purchase and sale agreement has to contain three important elements:

1. A description of the Property.
2. The names of the buyer and seller.
3. The price paid for the Property.

All three of these elements for the property in question are duly registered and available for public examination in the Book of Genesis.

The temple mount agreement is also registered in the Bible.

It is the muslim who is the usurper of the property in both cases.

G-d bless you, Dave.

I managed some silent prayers there too, in 1984.

I was there about 6 years ago. I had my backpack with Ham sandwich walked up close to the Al-Aqsa Mosque Foot Bathing pool. I almost tossed my Ham sandwich into the pool as a gesture of solidarity with the G-d of the Jews...but the thought of making CNN dissuaded me.

The Jews do not understand that the Church is the 3rd Temple. God destroyed the first temple (with the Arc) so that the second one could come (without the Arc that represents Jesus). Jesus came into the second temple soon thereafter to take the place of the Arc.

The second temple was destroyed so that the 3rd Temple could be completed (the Church). I believe that the church will be taken away (raptured) before the 4th temple is complete. Fructenbaum calls the 4th temple, the apostate, or tribulation temple (Isaiah 66)

Rather, since the rapture was an invention that came from the 18-19 centuries, Christians, instead are going to have to suffer for their faith in Jesus. There will be NO rapture, PERIOD.

Was there not going to be another Jewish temple built before the end of the age?

Tossing a ham sandwich is not going to endear you to the biblical Hebrews. Pouring in some whisky or wine would insult the Muslims without simultaneously insulting Jews.

Of Course.

I am not going to argue with an intellectual pigmy. Paul believed in the Rapture (harpazo, episynagogue, etc). I’ll stick with Paul (circa 60AD till today)

God does not want this to happen. Folks who've been taught to believe according to dispensationalism are so very, very wrong it hurts. Please see this page: Dispensationalism. And for something extremely fascinating, see also What Happened When the Jews Tried to Rebuild the Temple under the Christian-hating Julian the Apostate (A.D. 331-363), 4th successor to Constantine.
