Father, most awesome God, it is a great work to which You have called us—to pray for our Nation and for those men and women You have given to protect us. By Your Word and by Your Spirit we have accepted obedience to this assignment and give You thanks. Only in the work of the Lord can we be assured success. We are both humbled and emboldened.

For our military, Sir, we pray for the work of Your Spirit of Holiness among them. According to Your Spirit of holiness Jesus was openly designated the Son of God in power [in a striking, triumphant and miraculous manner] by His resurrection from the dead. Send them laborers who are described by Your Word: “through Him they have received grace (God’s unmerited favor) and their apostleship to promote obedience to the faith and make disciples for His name’s sake among all the nations”. We expect that this will include them all, “called of Jesus Christ and invited [as they are] to belong to Him.” (Romans 1)

We pray that You would reveal to leaders where the enemy is hiding—both within and outside our borders so that no one would be taken by surprise. We are asking for Your favor to do their jobs with Your guidance and Your ability. We are asking for GRACE!! Thank You for offering it to us so freely only by the merit of Jesus Christ and clearly not our own. Your mercy is great and we are thankful.

Father, those of us here today love and are grateful for the liberty You have given our Nation. Turn all the citizenry back to an appreciation for this great gift Your heart wants us to have. Open our eyes and ears so that we can turn and be healed.

Opinion polls of the “Public” do not matter as long as Speaker Boehner keeps on writing Blank Checks to Obama to continue his personal pledge to “Fundamentally transform the United States of America” into a single-payer Communist State.

It only take three people to run the US Federal Government: Boehner, (to write the blank checks), Reid, (to shutdown the Federal Government anytime that he doesn’t get his way), and Obama to do whatever he wants to do.

The soft under belly of the USA is to keep a weak, crybaby Speaker of the House in power for years, and years, and years.
