Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Our Father in Heaven
Hallowed be Your Most Holy Name!
We Worship You and You Alone. For You Alone Are Worthy
Of Glory, Honor, Worship and Praise!
Everlasting and Almighty God!

Abba, Father,
Our Hearts are filled with Wonder in Your Presence!
Let us not be distracted by all the chores and business of life
And keep us from "Cooking Up Schemes" to try and Force Your Hand.
Let us learn The Joy of Stillness,
Of Sitting at Your feet,
Or absorbing Your Wisdom into Our Hearts,
And Knowing You.

We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According to Your Will and Promise.
We Pray For the People and Leaders of Israel,
that They Will Look to You for the Protection
and Prosperity of their Nation.
We Also Pray For Revival in our own Beloved USA.

We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

The very first story that emerges after the expulsion from the Garden of Eden concerns the parallel development of cultivation and the keeping of livestock. Although these two occupations are "brothers", they sometimes conflict. Range Wars in our own history attest to the fact that livestock can ruin fields, fences interfere with grazing, an animals can harm crops. There is even a song in the Musical "Oklahoma" about this very phenomenon. Hopefully, the average disgruntled farmer will take a better course of action to solve his issues!

The introduction of these two occupations has become the definition of "Civilization". As people banded together to produce crops and attend flocks, they formed cities. And, sure enough, the next few chapters of Genesis reveal that exact thing!

In this story, it is not stated whether or not Abel tried to defend himself. Now, in Israel, the Jews ARE defending themselves against those who want to wipe them off the face of the earth. Please lift them up in prayer today!

Come and pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.
