Some 2,300 Sudanese and Eritrean refugees seeking asylum in Israel, most of them Christian, are being detained at an asylum camp in the Israeli desert, according to Saint James Vicariate for Hebrew Speaking Catholics in Israel.
The grim surroundings, the heat and the overcrowded rooms created the impression of a prison, according to the vicariate, which stated that most refugees arrived over two years ago.

Whew. I feel much better. Now, back to my golf game. I forget. Was I putting for double-eagle or triple-eagle?
Doesn't matter...it was ALL a dream, albeit a nice dream.
Please a "double-eagle"? Lol, someone needs a calculator that goes up to 25 for those L-0-N-G par fives, riddled with water hazards (my particular lacuna), wind, trees, roughs, wind, gopher holes, bushes, golfers from the course to your right and left, slow foursomes in front of you, fast threesomes in back of you who want YOU to let them play through right this very second, wind, ball picker-uppers, duffers, jerks, wind, fools, really OLD people who play great but too slow and SAND TRAPS. Oh, I almost forgot, wind.
I always play with PINK golf balls because I can see them well and NO MAN ON THIS PLANET would be caught DEAD playing with PINK golf balls.
Signed, the water witch, who TRIES to keep her head down at all times but, unfortunately, REALLY, REALLY wants to see where the ball will land BEFORE she even finishes her back swing.
FORE!!! LOOK OUT!!!
I don’t think Israel wants to accept Christian African refugees, because of the simple fact that there would be too many of them - an almost infinite number. Also, their welfare was not the reason why Israel was set up. They have taken some refugees.
The presence of refugees is a troubling issue for so many countries. One has to do right by one’s fellow human beings. But it is impossible for any nation such as Israel, Greece, Italy, Australia, etc., to take all the refugees who would be inclined to go and live there.
I, for one, would donate money to resettle these brave Christian souls in a good Christian place like the State of Georgia. In fact, I’ll do better than spend my own money, I’ll also lobby the US government to finance their relocation. What kind of heartless Christian would leave his brethren in an apostate place like Israel?
