looks like it split/failed around where the first guidewire bolts were drilled. bet that weakened it and they probably didn’t waterproof it afterwards.
I was there in Sept last year. A friend of mine’s dad actually helped to build it. Their house is visible on the hill behind the monument. It’s a very sad day there in Cevo..
