Because Bibi is a secular politician and the State of Israel founded in '48 is a secular, western, Hellenistic, parliamentary democratic state and not the true Jewish government as mandated by the Torah. While the Zionist ingathering of Jews to the Holy Land may very well be the fulfillment of Biblical prophecy, the founding of the current secular state is not.
Unfortunately, since the true Halakhic Jewish State of prophecy doesn't fit chrstian assumptions chrstians don't see this and cling to the secular state as though it were the very government of Heaven on earth.
