The 21st century chastisement of choice for the apostate, hedonist, post-Christian western world is militant Islam. Communism is a heresy whose time has come and gone except for certain regions of western Europe and some states in the American north-east and west. Maybe Canada, too. Those who experienced the horror first hand have fled from its grip. If we are overrun by murderous invaders, they'll likely be speaking Arabic not Russian. The invasion is also unlikely to be military. It will be demographic since we are busily occupied in contracepting and aborting ourselves out of existence. As I said, our main enemy is

Christianity will continue its resurgence in Russia and I also fully expect it to effect the eventual demise of communism in China. I see these two countries as giving glory to God through their Christian renaissance and being future bulwarks against barbaric Islam as well as sending out missionaries to re-evangelize the secular, decimated west.
