Such a semi quote likely comes from the First Given Half of the Quran - this half (the ‘peaceful’ Bible and Torah plagiarisms) was specifically voided my Mohammad, as the Second Half was the last words spoken by allah. It is the Second Half that all true muslims follow - estimated by muslims to a conservative 10% or 120,000,000. These are the jihadis and speakers of taqiyeh.
As it stands now, muslims are very happy that allah protected these cities from being nuked after 911. That is something they can point to as proof.
As for nuking Mecca and Medina, make sure it is done during the Haj and without warning. With these two cities turned to glass, Islam will collapse. As muslims believe allah is all powerful and determines everything (down to the subatomic level), the absolute destruction will prove that allah is not all powerful and a false god ... they will all convert or become atheists, they say.
