We observe His commandment to “ do this in rememberance of Me”. We do remember. A special hand giving to me the bread I remember Him with is not required.

We observe His commandment to “ do this in rememberance of Me”.

This does not change the commandment or what is to be done. E.g., if someone says, "wash this in remembrance of me," you still wash. You don't pretend to wash.

... “ do this in rememberance of Me”. We do remember.

Indeed we do!

We MORE than remember; we KNOW that the 'this' spoken of was the YEARLY Passover meal.

And we KNOW that the 'church' has turned it into something that neither the disciples or Jesus would recognize today.

Luke 22:8
Jesus sent Peter and John ahead and said, "Go and prepare the Passover meal, so we can eat it together."
