Why they linked Asheville to Greenville/Spartanburg SC is a bit odd...they should have substituted Hendersonville NC for Asheville.
Cute how the source list binds Manchester NH with Boston at #98, but Manchester is 'missing' in the 'Top Ten' lists...just lists Boston. Nice try...Manchester/Boston = Sodom and Gomorrah.
