Sure they'll scoff. They do it all the time when it's a Protestant.

When it's a Catholic, they laud it.

Or a prodigal coming home at the end. And no, as a Protestant in RCIA, I would not scoff at those folks, either.

Ralph got an opportunity a lot of people want, or at least say they want. I’d just say in return that that opportunity’s not guarenteed to anyone, so don’t count on having it. It’s a lot better to get sorted out before that point. If you do get that opportunity, make the most of it. I think Ralph did.

Congratulations! It took the entire article, and three more posts, but someone finally got around to mentioning Jesus!
