I’m very disappointed. I heard Morlino at the Institute for Catholic Culture and I thought he was one of the good guys, like Burke. Sad. Michael nails it again. Thanks for posting.
Ted certainly helped the poor, with my freaking money. Not his. His was hidden in trusts so he didn’t even pay taxes on it. He was a drunken adulterer who was guilty of manslaughter at the least, and 1st. degree murder at it’s worst. The Catholic Church allowed him an annulment from his wife of 25 years who he drove insane and turned into an alcoholic. Ted Kennedy was a low life POS , but the Cardinal showed up at his funeral, to his shame.
Pope Francis’s most trusted friends in the American hierarchy are Cardinals O’Malley and Wuerl. From this fact, we can know for certain that the Pope knows nothing about what is happening in America, or the Church in America, and never will.
It might be your job --- or mine--- or that of some "Paul" ---- to make certain things known to Peter's successor.
