However, Agenda 21 is rooted in the Nazi Lebensraum tradition, or space environmental planning that the Nazis engineered during the 1930’s when their racist ideas merged with their environmental ideas in order to create the first political drive for sustainable development. Agenda 21 is also into preserving separate bioregions where people will be expected to sustain themselves in their own local only bioregional economies.
