the left has taken a statement of total selfishess - “whatever i want is good” - and convinced willingly ignorant people it’s really a moral virtue.
Indeed. They need to be reminded of Jeremiah 17:9-
“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”
It all goes back to the story in the Bible where the Devil offers "whatever you want, as far as the eye can see" to Jesus. The purpose of the story was to teach us about the difference between 'want' and 'need'. Many listened, few heard. Less hear now.
