Evolution has no relationship with science whatsoever.
They are in fact polar opposites.
Science requires objective evidence, evolution steps in to refute the evidence with hand waving.

That was my poor attempt at sarcasm...
My view of evolution is that in every way it is a religion as much as any other with its narrative of “in the beginning”, etc.
