Do you know for sure that the Kennedys who have died, did not repent on their death bed?

Then who are we to judge?

G-d, Himself is the only Judge....capital 'J' Judge, as in that's 1 of his jobs it's 1 of his heavenly titles.
But G-d is not the only one who CAN judge.
Those who keep all of His Commandments, those who are righteous in His Word can judge:
Zechariah 3:7-
This is what the LORD of Hosts says: If you walk in My ways and keep My instructions, you will both judge My house and take care of My courts; I will also grant you access among these who are standing here."
Ezra 7:25-
“And you, Ezra, according to the wisdom of your God that is in your hand, appoint magistrates and judges who may judge all the people in the province Beyond the River, all such as know the laws of your God. And those who do not know them, you shall teach.
1 Kings 3:9-10-
"So give Your servant an understanding heart to judge Your people to discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of Yours? The Lord was pleased that Solomon had asked for this wisdom."

G-d does impart the authority for the righteous man (one who keep all of His Written Word) to judge, examine, discern, ask, question, contend, and determine over the unrighteous (those who keep none of His Written Word).....and at many times G-d has commanded man to do so.
