REPORTED LIST OF CHURCHES AND CHRISTIAN INST ATTACKED IN EGYPT WILL ASTONISH YOU

A wave of devastating violence swept through Egypt Wednesday as the government attempted to disband the supporters of ousted president Mohamed Morsi from their sit-ins. According to the Associated Press, 638 people have now been confirmed killed, and nearly 4,000 are injured.

The fighting is far from limited to the Islamists and the military, however. Since Wednesday’s violence began, there have also been a wave of attacks on churches and Christian institutions.

Amira Mikhail Compiles List of Churches Attacked in Latest Egypt Violence

The damaged interior of the Saint Moussa Church is seen a day after it was torched in sectarian violence following the dispersal of two Cairo sit-ins of supporters of the ousted Islamist President Mohammed Morsi, in Minya, south of Cairo, Egypt, Thursday, Aug. 15, 2013. (Photo: AP)

Amira Mikhail at Nile Revolt compiled a shocking list with the help of Mai El-Sadany, Amir Beshay, “aggregating information that was shared online about attacks on churches and their institutions around Egypt.”

“Please note that this is a work-in-progress and information so far is unverified although most is backed up with tweets and photos,” she wrote. “We are hoping to continue the efforts to verify details. If you have any corrections or updates to church names, photos, or details, please reach out to am.mikhail@gmail.com or my twitter.”

Though there may be some changes made to the list, what has been assembled so far is staggering.

Hopefully people can see that it’s not just the Catholic Church or the Eastern Coptic Churches that are being attacked.

For example, YMCA!

Are we goin to unite when this comes to America?

Is the mainstream media reporting these outrages?

I was going to call Muslims the pigs of humanity, but thought better of insulting pigs.

They are worse than Nazis.

The fanatic fringe of Muslims hate the holy name of Jesus Christ and anything to do with Christianity. I doubt they even know the difference between a Catholic, an Orthodox, or a Protestant Christian.

All they care about is serving their “prophet” Mohammed and his god, Allah.

We are all equal opportunity targets for the radical Islamists. If we are not united in our opposition to them, we will all perish.

This is making it quite obvious who Satan and his minions are. It was the same in the past as it is today. The one big difference is that the lame stream media, by not reporting this and liberals in general are showing exactly where their loyalties’ lie.

No need. Americans are seething... the only ones clueless about that are Hussein, Soros and their flying Monkeys.
I view it exactly like the hijacking of domestic airliners. It may happen once.
Then all hell will break loose.

This SHOULD be Front Page news ACROSS THE WORLD! Imagine were Mosques being burned in Christian countries?? Oh, wait -- Christians are intolerant and homophobic. Carry on with that match, Barry-Hussein.

The world is damned.

My daughter had to do a report in school on celebrating holidays around the world. She chose Christmas in Egypt. (She’s a pill). She actually found a picture of Mubarak attending a Coptic Christmas service as a show of solidarity with the Christians. Not saying he was a saint, but why did we get rid of him again? Why doesn’t the media tell Obama like they told Bush, “you break it, you own it.”

Where are the Patriarchs, the Pope, the Synod Presidents, the Cardinals, the Archbishops, the Evangelists, the ministers, the priests, the pastors, the chaplains....the Christian LEADERS??? WHERE ARE THEY?

They should be all over the news, all over the tube.....to protect the persecuted Christians from the merciless and murderous Muslims in Egypt.

I hear nothing but crickets. They are gutless if fear of being "religious bigots" is holding them back.

What would Jesus do????

Many of them are contemplating just what they can do, in a manner much more mature and measured than the headless chicken response you are evidently calling for.

They are gutless if fear of being "religious bigots" is holding them back.

More likely fear of a conflagration, if not a world religious war, is holding them back.

"This SHOULD be Front Page news ACROSS THE WORLD!"

Yes it should. (Lord- what a disaster).

This also shows us who, or more specifically what, is fighting to gain control there.
(Pray for the Christians in Egypt.)

And still radical leftist liberals are blind to what they are dealing with. They think they can negotiate with it, and make deals with it, and that it's going to share power with them.

It will lay their souls to waste, in the end.

What astonishes me is that there were so many institutions there in the first place.

I think it has occurred to the leaders of the military they’re going to have to wipe the Muslim Brotherhood out. They have a good pretext, I just hope they have enough bullets. Far too much has already been given up to the savages, so there’s no point in negotiating. Time for Plan B.
