It’s all amazing. I am not so interested in being specific about exactly what’s happening though, as I am in noting that the truth of scripture is not ruled out by our observations (our science). Your own observations do not fail to fit.
Mars is old, successful, and on it’s way out...
Earth is mid-life, failed, unsuccessful and quarantined, BUT has received healing (from Jesus), and the cure is percolating here as the angels marvel...
Venus is at the beginning of its life, but it’s looking good so far, despite the enemy’s intrusions...

in the expected life and lifetime of the solar system, and as the sun is in its expansion phase, the sun will burn venus up when some life remains possible on earth
“Maybe CS Lewis had it right in the Space Trilogy ???

This is fascinating and I’ve often wondered what the rest of the universe was created for. Only to show us just how great God is by creating it or something more...something for us to partake in once in eternity.
I hope the “no eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love Him” 1 Cor. verse might apply to this. If so, I am ready to “trek” on into eternity now! :)
I enjoyed the trilogy.
It’s been many years since I read it. I still remember the hero’s unwelcome realization that it fell to him to change the course of events on Venus. God could have done it the easy way and sent an angel, but oh no, our hero had to take action. Not only that, but the matter would not be resolved through sophisticated discussion. Instead crude action was required - very determined crude action.
