No, what I think is that you’re evading an important question. Why do you believe the Bible is from God?
Evading questions have just become second nature to me I guess. I’m still getting a buzz from joe fonebone. The Bible claims to be revelations from God to His sheep. It either is or isn’t. I made an independent decision, based on the evidence, that it was. Good enough? Or do I need to throw in the minutes of some Councils meetings from years past?
Why do you believe the Bible is from God?

1. Because, by conviction of the Holy Spirit, I believe the Bible, and it plainly claims to be “from God.”
2. Because it is from God.
3. Because powerful messages from men of God have warned me not to reject God’s Word.
4. Because some Church Council(s) somewhere in the past said it was the Word of God....? Not so much — although I am certainly glad they did recognize the Bible.
