IIRC, he was a fairly sound preacher until the election of Obama. Then he completely went off the rails into racial politics.

This is the silver lining of this event. A lot of previously respected deceivers are being exposed. Not all blacks are racists. He will lose members over this. He has already lost any influence over them.
