Usually, one who says that generally follows up with the thought: "they should change their words to match their actions."

I don't think that is your intent.

Having said that, I agree that it would be nice if their actions agreed with their words.

If I were Pope Francis I would put the African cardinals in charge of everything. At least the ones I'm aware of (Peter Turkson, Francis Arinze, and John Njue) are outstanding.

The Church is trying to deal with it. One problem is that the gay bishops enjoy the support of the homosexual activists who have burrowed themselves into bureaucratic fabric of the Church. Moles, you might say. They are found everywhere from the college of Cardinals to the local parishes.
