Notre Dame has been playing USC since 1926, and they’re starting to play Stanford regularly. Why don’t the Domers join the Pac 12?
I have no great love for ND, but OSU is the epitome of corruption in college athletics.
My sons have graduated from Iowa State (Marine ROTC) and from Purdue (Air Force ROTC); both of these schools are first class institutions and they both have really great respect for veterans and their ROTC programs.
I wouldn’t give you a bucket of spit for OSU.
If he has to curse in making a statement — why should I believew anything that he says? Obviously not a practicing Christian or he wouldn’t use four letter words.
A dude who is a member of a church that sold out on the BSA needs to shut the *** up.
Gordon Gee is a horse’s patoot of the first order. I can’t figure out how he could get a job at a two year community college, let alone a major university. The guy is worse than worthless.
As an alumnus with an OSU grad son and a daughter there now (and a non-Catholic) all I can say is g’bye, Gordon, you pencil necked bow tie wearing Obama inviting geek. It’s been real.
What's your beef with Purdue?
“Ohio State University president jabs Notre Dame, says ‘those damn Catholics’ can’t be trusted”
Where does he think he is? Free Republic?
Soccer hooligans, anyone?
Some Scottish Catholics have suggested that doing the "Hokey Pokey"-- or "Hokey Cokey," as it is sung in Great Britain-- should be banned as an expression of anti-Catholic prejudice. A spokesman for Cardinal Keith O'Brien of Edinburgh alluded to the "disturbing origins" of the children's song, which includes a parody of the words of consecration from the Latin Mass.
