I’d be wary in promoting the Sabbath day too heavily, as if it were an obligation for salvation. We are dead to the law and are not bound to its judgments. In Romans 14, we are told to avoid judging one another for seeing one day as holier than another, or judging the one who sees everyday alike. (I think in the original Greek, the meaning is “every day equally holy.” If so, I find that to be the more appropriate Christian position.)
