It sounds as if Cdl. de Aviz would have preferred (a) milder wording in the CDF report and (b) everything known and approved by him first.
It’s not clear from his garbleized bureau-speak whether he truly supports institutions of pro-abortion, socialist, non-Catholic women calling themselves “nuns,” or whether he’s just in a tiny fussness over the procedures. I’m leaning toward the latter.
