BOSTON, May 6, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) - While Irelands Catholic bishops and the pro-life movement are fighting desperately to keep the government from enacting legislation to permit abortion, Boston College, a Catholic institution in Massachusetts, is honoring the head of the same government. Irish pro-life leaders say they are incredulous at the news. Niamh Uí Bhriain of Ireland's Life Institute told LifeSiteNews that the Jesuit college should withdraw its invitation.
The Catholic Action League of Massachusetts also condemned the college for selecting Republic of Ireland Taoiseach (Prime Minisster) Enda Kenny as its 2013 Commencement Speaker. The university will also confer an honorary Doctor of Laws degree on Kenny during commencement exercises on May 20th.

I think His Holiness Francis I should bring the hammer down as the Head Jesuit.
But since it is an abortion bill and about killing, it might be renamed Destruction of Life bill.
Many pro-life groups should organize a warm reception for this prime minister if he is allowed to give the commencement speech and receive an honorary degree from Boston College.
Especially since Pope Francis I has told the bishops of Argentina to deny communion to pro-abortion politicians...

A Catholic University should not be pulling this nonsense.
Certainly, Notre Dame University still has scars from their invitation of Obama.
BTTT
Boston College can always withdraw their invitation and ask Notre Dame to invite this guy.
Perhaps he would feel better among the Fighting Irish.
(I wonder what ND’s ranking will be this season after they got their butts kicked by Bama?)
The popes don’t seem to have email accounts. If they had email, then Ozero would not have gotten a honarary PhD from Notre Dame or have been allowed to speak. It is very frustrating with the Vatican clueless on the internet.
I enjoyed how Alabama stomped the Irish since they honored Obama the way they did. I have no sympathy for Notre Dame since they have never come out and said that it was wrong to have invited President Obama.
There are two people who can contact the Pope directly.
One is Cardinal Raymond Burke (strongly pro-life and basically serves on the equivalent of the Vatican Supreme Court).
The other is the Papal Annuncio to the United States.
The best thing to do is email the president of Boston College, and say that there will be pictures of aborted babies everywhere for the commencement.
I assure you, every prolifer who can will try to make this commencement carrying posters of aborted babies. Additionally, there are trucks with banners on the side of aborted babies that may circle Boston College during the commencement.
If a person is able to contact their Bishop/Archbishop about this, the Bishop/Archbishop has the right to contact the Papal Annuncio.
Pro-Life Leaders should make Cardinal Raymond Burkeand make him aware of this situation.
If Cardinal Sean O'Malley allows this to happen, he will be guilty of not serving the Catholics of the Archdiocese of Boston as he should be.

Maybe they can talk some sense into the president of Boston College...
Thanks for the contact info. That’s always essential. I’m on it.

Hopefully Pope Francis will be alerted to this and do something.
ANyone wanting on/off either ping list, freepmail me.
Although I am not Catholic, I feel a strong kindship with Catholics and the path of Catholicism. I am hoping that the new Pope will clean house. He already seems to be doing wonderful work.
