I personally wouldn’t turn any reasonable and rational business away but for any who would, there will be still more who will cater to those turned away elsewhere.

In my opinion, the civil rights amendment was extremely damaging to the free market.

The very real injustice pre-1964 was that the old law restrained some citizens from associating with other citizens under penalty of law.

The very real injustice post-1964 is that the new law forces everyone to associate with everyone else under penalty of law.

Both laws are toxic to the spirit of free association. The Constitutional solution is to let private individuals associate and exclude as they see fit without State intervention. Retain only that public entities have an obligation to serve everyone impartially.
