Good Muslims are supposed to give non-Muslims a warning, to demand that they convert to Islam or else, before they actually do the “or else”.
In this situation, I think turnabout is fair play. A bunch of the people in that mosque should be sent an easy to understand guide to what constitutes “criminal incitement” in the US.
Fair warning that instigators at that mosque had better shove a sock into it, or they may invite criminal prosecution.

When a violent ideology with only tenuous ties to legitimate governments declares war on the US, what is the appropriate reaction? al-Qaeda declared war on the US, and other Imams have declared was on the US. Do we modify the war powers act to facilitate war powers to be brought against ideologies that desire to overthrow the US gubmint, and who have vowed to kill as many Americans as possible? This would almost be like a blend of RICO and War Powers Act.
