Went to catholic HS in the early 60s. We danced as close as they would let us (the priests and nuns and lay chaperones).


Same here. We had Christian Brothers. They were tough, too.

At one of those dances I learned that some girls wore “falsies”.

My HS was run by Marist brothers. But the dances were run by the parish many miles from the HS. and the parish priests and the grade school nuns ran the dances. And yes it is amazing what tissues and rolled up sox could do to fill out some missing curves. This was easily fond out with the slow dances. Till the ‘authorities’ pried you apart.
