Good questions. The Church's teaching is perfectly clear, and for those who refuse to listen, artificial "outreach" efforts merely encourage them in their sinful behavior and embolden them to push for further concessions.

Cardinal Dolan might do better to stay off the secular talk shows, and instead lead his archdiocese in public prayer for the conversion of sinners.
