I like to think so but also pray that I don’t. Look at Christian persecution in other nations. We have a long way to go before we can say we are persecuted.
That’s what I’m saying. We act like we’re being scourged when a nativity scene gets removed from a public park. We should be using the energy we waste on futile outrage to become better Christians by withdrawing from the secular world living more and more in the Kingdom of God. They can’t beat us. We already know how the story ends.
Sometimes I have to remind myself of how the story ends. I admit I get discouraged. I just have to stay in the Bible.
