Phillippe Cardinal Barbarin, who has been riding his bicycle to Vatican meetings this week, could barely get through the pope-arazzi in St. Peters Square Thursday morning.
Barbarin, 62, is one of the youngest princes of the Catholic Church. In addition to French, he can speak Italian, English, Spanish, German, and Malagasy.

At 62, Barbarin is one of the youngest cardinals who will pick the new Pope.
He is not seen as a front-runner for Pope, but is against gay marriage and once said it was an act of charity for Catholic priests to deny pro-abortion politicians communion.
