Yeah, you're probably right. He's almost certainly gay, at least in orientation. I'm not saying that he ever acted on his impulses, but he pretty clearly has or had them. The omnipresent Gorgeous George (his personal attendant) and the red Prada shoes are emblematic.

Really? The highest priest of all the Catholic priests says that being gay is incompatible with the priesthood, and you think he’s gay? Wouldn’t he consider his own priesthood a refutation of that assertion? Or do you think he’s making that assertion because it will win him the fawning adulation of the gay-loving press?
