Now wait a minute. Did the late sister cast her vote before she died? It is a fine line I admit but if she (the now deceased Sister) filled out the paper work, signed and dated it, then died and the other Sister mailed it would not the vote still count?

Hey had it been me I’d want my vote to count.

Fair question.

According to an earlier news story at cincinatti.com, "Although her death occurred before absentee ballots had been mailed to voters throughout Hamilton County, a completed ballot was returned to the elections board in Hewitt’s name."

So she was dead before the ballot got to her "friend".

This one stinks.
