Actually, contrary to popular conception, there is nothing in Scripture that i know of that supports the idea that lost souls go to be with the devil at death, much less that they torment souls,
Instead, they are simply shown as tormented (Lk. 16:19-33) while they await the final judgment by the Lord Jesus, and in which the devil himself will be sentenced, (Mt. 25:31-46; Rv. 20:-10-15) and in which believers will be part of the jury. (1Cor. 6:2)
To God be the glory, and the message now is, "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; " (Acts 3:19)
