“Family and Friends: Sarah is still with us this morning but she is now on a ventilator (respirator) and is heavily sedated. Dennis and Will are with her. Our brother Martin is on the way. My husband Joe and I are leaving later today by car. We hope to be in El Paso on Thursday morning. Thank you for all of your prayers and support for Sarah and the family at this difficult time.
Sarah’s nurse in the ICU advises that Sarah is resting more comfortably, but her condition is unchanged. Dennis and Will are waiting on the doctors... Sarah has been through so much, and has tried so hard... We love her with all our hearts, and want her to be at peace. Only God knows when He will be welcoming her into His arms. —Paula”
Yesterday, Sarah was confused and restless; today she is resting more comfortably. The Lord is with her, and He hears our prayers. I keep imagining Sarah as a little lamb with a bell around her neck, watching her Good Shepherd Who is smiling down at her, and in Whose light she patiently waits. Thank you, dear FRiends.
Prayers sent for Sarah and for all of you.
