The beast of the Revelation has seven heads and the ten horns.
In the book of Revelation, the "woman" that rides the beast is a city built on seven hills that reigns over the kings of the earth. The fact that it is the fledgling revived Roman Empire that has decided to use this Biblical symbol for their currency tells those of us who are watching these events and how they are stage-setting and fulfilling Bible prophecy that what we are seeing is reflecting exactly what Jesus Christ told us will happen.
