I didn't mean that to be a dig at Protestants, only that the separating oneself from the papal hierarchy makes one schismatic, and that rejecting the whole idea of an objective, authoritative structure, as opposed to a loose (or tight) affiliation of believers working together is a decidedly Protestant approach. This approach is distinct from the Anglican (secular sovereign runs the show) and Orthodox (ongoing successors with real authority).

He’s a flip flopper. He was a Protestant, then a Catholic and now a Protestant again. I’ve dealt with him and he is a snake.
