He wasn’t a Christian but even a Greek physician knew inherently that abortion was wrong. That is why he included a ban on abortion in his oath which new doctors took and take.

I suspect modern medical schools have eliminated the abortion part.

I saw this last night and found it fascinating. I knew that abortion had been mentioned in the Didache, the forerunner of the Nicene Creed, but I wasn’t aware of some of the other quotes.

am under the impression either Aquinas or Assisi was pretty much agnostic on the subject.
