The end of Christendom is greatly exaggerated. The synagogue of Satan tried and failed. Rome under the Caesars couldn’t stop it. Rome under the great whore has slaughtered untold numbers. Lastly, the antichrist will try, but unless those days are shortened for the elect’s sake, no flesh would be saved.
“You search the scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of me. But you are not willing to come to me that you may have life.” (John 5:39,40)
if by “great whore” you mean the holy Catholic church you are grossly mistaken
