Romans 8:26: Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Romans 8:27: And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

Only God the Holy Spirit and Christ Jesus make intercession for the saints according to the will of God, not anyone else. This is a work of God, not men. Any variation from this ntercession for the saints is not authoritive from THE GOD and His Bible

I Timothy 2:5: For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

I Timothy 2:6: Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

I Timothy 2:7: Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.

Christians are commanded to pray for one another. All of our prayers pass through the mediation of Christ Jesus. However, we're still -- by definition -- intercessors, interceding for the church and the world, not instead of, but through the mediation of Christ.

If you don't believe that, you need to take it up with Paul, who specifically commands intercessory prayer in 1 Tim 2.
