The "Crystal Cathedral" would at least be far more beautiful than Our Lady of the Angels, the headquarters for the Los Angeles diocese, which is an ugly and atrocious eyesore.

Why couldn’t it become a Catholic Church? The Roman Pantheon was converted to a church.

Do you know what the Santa Maria Rotonda in Rome used to be before it became one of our most iconic churches? Do you know the provenance of the word basilica?

And, while this building is surely no Chartres, it is far more attractive than the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe - a standing insult to the patroness of the Americas.
